10-15 days, and we could customize according to clients's requests, the dies prepare time is 10 days.
All our profile checked from extrusion untill to load, we have 5 person for a QC team, QC checking from extrion, mill finish, painting, anodize,packing and loading container.and we could supply the mill finish certification for reference.
We have professional QC team to cheking before load, but if still have any problem,we have after-service department resolve the problem. the client should supply the quanlity problem within 40 days after get the container.
